Thank you for this beautiful bouquet that I ordered on line from the lovely Bloomnation.com website that not only allows one to choose from so many pretty flower designs but that also allows one to attach a note for the recipient. Kudos to the designer at Palos Verdes Florist for the creation of this exquisite arrangement. After I placed the order on line I received immediately an email with the confirmation of my order and a photo of the bouquet. I was able to contact directly the store and request a small change in the style of the original design and they were more than happy to accommodate me. I was so pleased that I was kept informed by Palos Verdes Florist by email of the entire process from the day of placing the order to the actual day and time of the delivery of the flowers even with the name of the person who accepted the order.
