Hi Joy - I am so sorry if the recipient didn't see her card! I just looked at the picture of your order- you should have received the picture also on your customer portal and I did see that the card was attached. The card is a trifold card with the name and address of the recipient on the outside of the card and the card message printed inside - we also put a bow around the card so it brings attention to it.
I will also contact you directly as my husband - who is delivering today- said he would drop off another card to the recipient in case they accidently threw that one away. So very sorry for any confusion with your order.
